EEG vs HEG

Here is a explanation of how EEG (electroenchephalogram) and HEG (Hemo-encephalography) are different.  In my practice I do use both of these modalities. the session starts with a HEG segment and then we move onto the Powertraining section where the EEG component comes into play. The sessions are normally 45 minutes long but I do book out 1-hour for each session to ensure my clients are comfortable with the process. we get a chance to catch up on any changes they have been experiencing and it also provides me with the opportunity to ensure I have the best possible connection and signal quality before starting power training.
